About Fire Service, Inc.

Fire Service, Inc. has been located in Northwest Indiana since 1991. In 1991, we had 1 service truck and 2 mechanics. Today, (2008) we have 6 service trucks, 11 mechanics, 3 parts personnel, 6 outside sales personnel, and 2 regional sales representatives. We also have a mobile trailer for service work to be performed on-site and a trailer for rescue tool demonstrations.

We specialize in emergency vehicle preventive maintenance and repairs, and equipment sales. We have one of the largest service centers in the Midwest and we can also provide on-site service calls. Fire Service sells every loose equipment item available in today's market. We believe because of this fact, Fire Service, Inc. can provide the best possible environment and turn-around time on any services, parts, supplies, and equipment needs that your Department may experience.

In January 2005, Fire Service, Inc. broadened our coverage area by opening a shop in Columbus, IN. This facility has a General Manager who schedules all work in and out of that location, and 1 mechanic working out of this location. Our Columbus shop takes care of our customer that are south of Marion County. It is also home to one of our Regional Sales Managers.
