About Fire Service, Inc.

Fire Service, Inc. has been located in Northwest Indiana since 1991. In 1991, we started with 1 service truck and 2 mechanics. Today, (2012) we have 7 service trucks, 14 service technicians, 4 parts personnel, 15 outside sales personnel, and 1 sales manager. This year we opened our state of art body repair facility. The facility has 62’ X 24’ X 20’ down draft paint booth system. This facility has 4 body/paint technicians and 1 manager. We also have 4 mobile trailers for on-site pump testing.

We represent E-One for your fire apparatus needs and Wheeled Coach and Road Rescue for your ambulance needs. We specialize in emergency vehicle sales, emergency vehicle preventive maintenance and repairs, and equipment sales. We have one of the largest service centers in the Midwest, along with providing on-site service for our customers. Fire Service sells most loose equipment item available in today's market. We maintain a variety of demo equipment, with two fully stock regional demo sales trailers.

In January 2005, Fire Service, Inc. broadened our coverage area by opening a shop in Columbus, IN. This facility has a General Manager who schedules all work in and out of that location, and 2 mechanics working out of this location. Our Columbus shop takes care of our customer in Southern Indiana.
